Join us on Thursday June 25, 2026 at 6:30PM for our monthly edition of The Vista Supper Club. Turtle Island Homestead will be preparing another delicious organic, non-GMO, farm to table dinner paired with a thoughtfully curated selection of Keuka Spring Vineyards wines. Menu below:
- Amuse Bouche: Deviled Duck Egg, Bacon, & Fried Capers
- First Course: Snap Pea Risotto, Pea Shoots, & Parmesan Tuille
- Second Course: Spring Lettuce, Strawberries, Goat Cheese, Candied Walnuts, & Creamy Balsamic
- Third Course: Grilled Chicken Thigh, Blue Corn Grits, & Garlic Scape Butter
- Fourth Course: Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp & Duck Egg Custard
