Turtle Island Homestead will be preparing another delicious organic, non-GMO, farm to table dinner with a selection of KSV wines thoughtfully curated by our winemaker, Dan Bissell. Menu below:
- Amuse Bouche: Fresh Spring Roll, Tom Herbs, Peanut Hoisin Sauce
- First Course: Sesame Noodle, Peppers, Crunchy Shallots
- Second Course: Smoked Duck Drumstick, Garlic Cucumber Salad
- Third Course: Miso Glazed Sockeye Salmon, Jasmine Rice, Snow Peas, Tulsi & Scalllion Broth
- Fourth Course: Blueberry Sesame Cake, Cream Cheese Icing
