CAYUCO

Our Cayuco is a love letter to the Finger Lakes region. Harnessing the crisp, fruit-driven virtues of Cayuga White, Head Winemaker Dan Bissell saw an opportunity to create a refreshing prosecco-style wine out of this widely-planted hybrid of the Finger Lakes. The word Cayuco means "little canoe", paying homage to both the grape used to make this wine and our own Keuka Lake, whose name means "canoe landing".

Cayuco is the perfect addition to any picnic basket or summer evening on the deck. With its fine effervescence, our Cayuco also pairs beautifully with a variety of savory dishes. Oysters and crudités, soft and creamy cheeses like brie or camembert, sushi and sashimi, or for dessert next to a lemon tart garnished with seasonal berries all make excellent accompaniments to this bright and lively wine. Serve well-chilled.
