2023 CLARA’S WHITE
Niagara grapes are a variety of the North American grape species Vitis labrusca. The Niagara grape was developed by Claudius L. Hoag and Benjamin W. Clark in Niagara County, New York, in 1868 through a cross of Concord grapes and white Cassady grapes.
The fresh grape is large and juicy and pale greenish-white in color with a very pleasant aroma. Niagara grapes pack an unmistakably recognizable punch, delighting the drinker with mouth-watering ripe white grape flavor.
Fresh white grape flavor accompanied by candied lemon rind, honeysuckle, juicy lychee, and a high-toned, candied muskiness.
