Explore Current Releases →Introduced for the millennial festivities in 2000, Celebrate! has been a perennial favorite of our customers ever since. It blends Vidal Blanc, a wonderful grape best known for ice wines, Cayuga, and Golden Muscat, which are native varieties that grow well in our climate. We use a gentle overnight press cycle, ferment entirely in tanks, and arrest fermentation of the two components of this wine before the yeast has consumed all the sugars, leaving residual sugar to highlight the lovely natural citrus notes and round out the mid-palate and finish.
Celebrate! is a crisp, fruity and festive wine, an unbeatable choice for small and larger gatherings alike. Indulge in its intense floral aromatics, with notes of chamomile and rose blossoms. Its citrus and melon nose appeals to drier drinkers. Sweeter guests love its soft, round texture and luscious finish. Celebrate makes any occasion a special event! Serve chilled.
