We employ a gentle overnight press cycle and ferment the wine entirely in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation is skillfully arrested before all the sugars are converted, resulting in a delicate residual sweetness. This approach allows the natural citrus notes to shine, adding brightness to the mid-palate and a smooth, rounded finish.
To mark Celebrate’s 25th anniversary, we’ve done something extra special: this latest vintage features bubbles, making it the perfect choice for all your celebratory moments.
