This site is known for its gently sloping exposure toward the lake, which provides excellent air drainage, moderates temperature swings, and extends the growing season—key factors in developing Vignoles’ vibrant aromatics and balanced acidity. The 2025 vintage brought warm summer days and cool nights, followed by a dry, sunny September that concentrated flavor while preserving natural freshness. A touch more residual sugar than previous vintages enhances the wine’s tropical and citrus notes, while preserving a lively, crisp structure. The result is a beautifully expressive, semi-dry white with bright energy and lush fruit depth.
Aromatic and expressive, our 2024 Vignoles opens with notes of ripe pineapple, Meyer lemon, and white peach, layered with hints of honeysuckle and passionfruit. The palate is juicy and refreshing, with a seamless blend of sweet-tart citrus and tropical fruit. A touch of minerality adds complexity, leading to a long, clean finish that invites another sip.
