2025 DRY ROSÉ
The 2025 growing season on Keuka Lake was marked by warm, steady conditions and well-timed rainfall, allowing fruit to ripen evenly while preserving the region's hallmark natural acidity. Sourced from east-facing, certified-sustainable Simmons Vineyards on the Bluff of Keuka Lake, the grapes benefited from gentle morning sun and extended hang time, resulting in expressive aromatics and balanced acidity.
We used a direct press method of an earlier harvest of Cabernet Franc and Blaufränksich specifically for Dry Rosé, preserving freshness and vibrant acidity. The result is a bright, refreshing Dry Rosé that balances delicate fruit character with defined structure, making for an elegant reflection of both the vintage and the site.
Our Dry Rosé shines with a delicate coral hue and an expressive nose of wild strawberries and lightly toasted almonds. Bright acidity and a silky texture frame flavors of ripe red cherry and sun-kissed strawberry, leading to a long, refreshing finish. Lively yet refined, this rosé is equally suited for casual sipping or thoughtful food pairings.
