Warm, sunny days paired with cool nights preserved natural acidity and enhanced flavor complexity. The autumn brought near-perfect harvest conditions across the region. Dry, sunny, and warm days accompanied by crisp nights allowed for extended hang time and precise picking decisions. Grapes were harvested at peak ripeness, then gently pressed and cool-fermented in stainless steel to capture the purity of fruit and the region’s signature minerality.

The 2024 Dry Riesling is vibrant and expressive, offering aromas of ripe green apple, pear blossom, and white peach, complemented by subtle floral notes and a distinct wet stone minerality.
