A classic dry Riesling, with delicate hints of apple blossoms. Our driest Riesling, well-received in Europe and at tastings. Humphreys Vineyard, located on Seneca Lake, is meticulously managed by Harry Humphreys. Its unique east-west orientation creates clean and delicious fruit and consistently balanced and intense Rieslings. This wine would be nice with roasted poultry or broiled fish.
