2019 EPIC RESERVE

Epic Reserve is a rich blend of Finger Lakes Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Blaufrankisch (Lemberger).  While fermenting, we "rack and return" the wines -- called délestage in French -- to increase oxygenation and improve extraction of color, flavor, and tannin.  The result is a wine of distinction and depth with ripe berry notes that pairs beautifully with juicy meats like steaks, pork roasts, or chops, pasta with white or red sauces, and other hearty dishes.  Serve at cool room temperature (60-65º F).  Bring a bottle to dinner with friends!
