This dinner holds a personal connection for our winemaker, Daniel Bissell, whose Brazilian heritage inspired the evening. Chef Saul Schuster will prepare a five-course menu drawing on the flavors and traditions of Brazil, with Keuka Spring Vineyards wines thoughtfully selected by Daniel to accompany the meal.
