First Course – Tomato Caprese, Burrata, Basil, Buckwheat Croutons

Second Course – Beef Tartare, Shallots, Torn Herbs, Potato Chips

Third Course – Roasted Pork Loin Roulade, Sweet Corn Purée, Peach Gastrique

Fourth Course – Hummingbird Cake, Watermelon Sorbet
