Explore Current Releases →This, our first Vidal Blanc Ice Wine, is lusciously sweet with soft fruit flavor, a round mid-palate an long, satisfying finish. The grapes were hand-harvested at 12-17 degrees F while frozen solid (the grapes and us, too) and pressed frozen to yield a tiny amount of sweet nectar. We ferment that concentrated juice with special yeast to convert about half the natural sugar to alcohol, leaving the other half to balance the wine's natural tartness. This lovely ice wine, made the authentic way, is available for a limited time at a special introductory price of $29.99.
