In late December 2017, with the mercury at about 14 degrees F, we were able to hand-harvest a very small lot of perfectly frozen Riesling grapes at our friend Harry Humphreys' vineyard on Seneca Lake. The lovely and rare result is this beautifully balanced and elegant genuine ice wine, with delicate fruit and floral notes. Just 78 cases produced, bottles individually numbered.
