The 2024 growing season in the Finger Lakes was remarkably favorable, with minimal rainfall and an abundance of warm, dry days leading into harvest. This ideal weather allowed fruit in the vineyard to achieve full ripeness while maintaining vibrant acidity.

Sourced from multiple sites on the Bluff of Keuka Lake, our Dry Rosé originates from Simmons Vineyards—certified sustainable, eastward-facing vineyards that bask in the gentle morning sun. This extended sun exposure nurtures even ripening throughout the season, giving our team the luxury of harvesting at peak expression.

To enhance both color and flavor, the grapes underwent a brief period of skin contact before most components were vinified using the saignée method. This technique allows for a delicate extraction, preserving the wine’s purity while limiting tannin influence.

The result is a bright, refreshing Dry Rosé that beautifully balances delicate fruit flavors with a crisp, natural tartness—an elegant and expressive reflection of both the season and the land.

Tasting Notes

Our Dry Rosé, adorned in a delicate coral hue, embodies both elegance and vibrancy. The nose opens with inviting aromas of lightly toasted almonds, intertwined with layers of wild strawberries and white strawberries, offering a fragrant and sophisticated bouquet.
On the palate, this wine strikes a beautiful balance between liveliness and depth—its bright acidity providing structure, while a silky, round texture lends a sense of refinement. Flavors of ripe red cherries and sun-kissed strawberries unfold gracefully, culminating in a long, refreshing finish. The interplay of freshness and subtle creaminess makes this rosé as versatile as it is expressive, perfect for both casual sipping and refined pairings.

Food Pairing
Lighter fare like poultry, white fish, and salads with protein. Excellent accompaniment to fresh and soft cheeses including goat cheeses, brie, comté, and manchego.
