Some years back we became captivated by adding a red grape of Austrian origin, Zweigelt, to our portfolio. Zweigelt thrives in cool climates and is known for producing bright berry notes, soft tannins, and deep color. Enjoy these characteristics, along with refreshing bubbliness. Semi-dry, this crisp, sparkling expression of the Zweigelt grape will enliven any gathering! Serve chilled with chicken and barbecue, lemon and tomato-based sauces, and salads or appetizers with cheeses such as feta.
