Vista Wine Club FAQs
What do you put in the package besides the wine?
We enclose a special quarterly newsletter with background on the wines in the package, the latest Keuka Spring news and a delicious recipe.
We spend part of every summer near your winery. Is it possible for us to pick up some of our packages and have the others shipped to our main residence?
Absolutely. Many of our members do this, by simply calling or emailing us to request a change from ship to pickup or vice-versa. (Your residence needs to be in one of our licensed destination states.)
Do you use special shipping cartons?
Yes. We use heavy corrugated cartons designed specifically for safe shipping of wines.
Is there any need to renew a membership?
No. Maintain a membership for as long as you wish. There is no renewal process.
May I add bottles to my Wine Club package at no additional shipping cost?
Yes. Take full advantage of your Vista Wine Club shipment. In fact, the more wine you order, the lower the shipping cost. Just give us a quick call (315-536-3147) or email (info@keukaspringwinery.com) to let us know what you’d like.
The shipping cost for 6-11 bottles actually declines by $2, and for 12+ bottles declines by another $3.
What shipping company do you use?
We use UPS Ground service.

How long a commitment does membership involve?
We ask that a member receive 2 packages, then he/she is free to maintain or cancel the subscription.
If I select Pick-Up for my membership, can a friend pick up the package for me?
Yes. Just give us a quick call (315-536-3147) or email (info@keukaspringwinery.com) to let us know who and roughly when the pick-up will be.
