General Manager
Kevin oversees day-to-day operations and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating production and logistics to supporting the tasting room team and managing vineyard initiatives, his steady leadership and hands-on approach help drive the winery forward.
Dan Bissell
Head Winemaker & Production Manager
Dan leads our winemaking with equal parts precision and passion. From nurturing grower relationships to managing harvest and crafting each bottle, he ensures our wines reflect both the land and the vision behind them. His curiosity and care help shape the future of our portfolio, one vintage at a time.
Lauren Binnert
Retail Sales & Operations Manager
Lauren performs many tasks in both the office and tasting room. From handling wholesale orders, office management, assisting with wine club management to conducting tastings, helping with events, and even making deliveries, her adeptness and enthusiasm contribute a great deal to the winery.

Portfolio & Production Advisor
Jim helps shape what ends up in your glass. As our Portfolio & Production Advisor, he works closely with the winemaking and management teams to ensure every wine we produce fits the season, the story, and the standards of our brand. His guidance keeps our cellar humming and our offerings balanced, thoughtful, and ready when you are.
